PaperClip (tm) is an easy-to-use document imaging application that offers a familiar file cabinent / drawer / folder /document user interface to easy store and retrieve documents. Availabile in either single-user or multi-user versions, PaperClip (tm) software can manage 100's of documents or millions of documents. One unique feature of PaperClip (tm) is its ability to read the screens of other applications, extract indexing information from those screens, and automatically find the associated image folder.

An important facet of disaster recovery is having recent, valid backups that survive the disaster. Keeping backup tapes or drives at the same location as the original data source (computer or server) does not insure that you will be able to recover from the loss of such a data source. Our Remote Backup Service initiates a secure, encrypted remote communication session with your computer or server over the Internet and backs up selected data files each night at a predetermined time. These backup file sets are stored on our own server at our own office. Should you lose your data source, we are able to restore saved data back to your new system, providing a method of disaster recovery.
